1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KALI AI Agent ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

These Terms apply to all users of KALI AI Agent, whether you are using the community edition or have modified the source code under the MIT License.

Important: KALI AI Agent is designed for authorized security research and professional workflows. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. License Grant

KALI AI Agent is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. This means you are granted:

4.3 API Key Security

If you configure KALI AI Agent with third-party API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), you are responsible for:

  • Securing your API keys and credentials
  • Monitoring usage and associated costs
  • Compliance with the third-party service's terms of service
  • Any charges or fees incurred from third-party services

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Software will meet your requirements or expectations
  • The Software will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Software will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors or defects in the Software will be corrected

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Third-Party Services

8. Intellectual Property

The KALI AI Agent source code is licensed under the MIT License. The name "KALI AI Agent" and associated branding materials are property of the project maintainers.

You may use the Software freely under the MIT License terms, but you should not:

  • Misrepresent the origin of the Software
  • Claim endorsement by the original authors without permission
  • Use our trademarks in a way that could cause confusion

9. Community Contributions

By contributing code, documentation, or other materials to KALI AI Agent, you agree that:

  • Your contributions will be licensed under the MIT License

  • Your contributions do not infringe on any third-party rights
