KALI AI Agent does not collect, store, or transmit:

  • Browsing history or activity logs
  • Any data to remote servers (unless you explicitly configure third-party AI services)

3. Third-Party Services

When you configure KALI AI Agent to use third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), your data may be sent to those services according to their respective privacy policies:

You have complete control over which services you use. Local AI models (Ollama, LM Studio) keep all data on your machine.

All data is stored locally on your device in the following locations:

  • Configuration files in your home directory
  • Session data in the application directory
  • Encrypted API credentials in secure storage

We implement industry-standard encryption for sensitive data. However, as a locally-run application, you are responsible for the security of your device and file system.

5. Your Rights and Control

As a user of KALI AI Agent, you have complete control over your data:

  • Access: All your data is stored locally and accessible at any time
  • Deletion: You can delete any data by removing the application files
  • Export: All data is stored in standard formats (JSON, SQLite) for easy export
  • Modification: You can modify or edit any stored data directly

KALI AI Agent is open source under the MIT License. You can review our entire codebase, including how data is handled, stored, and processed:

KALI AI Agent is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
