Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WINPROFF's services, including our gaming platform and AI products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our gaming platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

Gaming Platform Rules

Fair Play

We are committed to fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Colluding with other players
• Exploiting bugs or glitches
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Engaging in any form of cheating or manipulation

Transactions

All transactions are final. Refunds may be issued only in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Withdrawals are processed according to our withdrawal policy, typically within 5-10 minutes. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100.

KALI AI Agent License

KALI AI Agent is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the license terms. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of KALI AI Agent.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WINPROFF and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our proprietary content without our express written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We will process any pending withdrawals according to our policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WINPROFF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
